Yeshua said, “I cannot do anything of my own will, but according to that which I have heard, I judge, and my judgment is just, for I am not seeking my will, but the will of him who has sent Me” ~John 5:30 (Aramaic Bible in Plain English (©2010)). Remember this saying above the next time someone is stalking you while you're walking home from the store with some candy and an ice tea. Know your enemies. Love your enemies, but keep your distance from their twisted hearts. And, as the saying goes, "Keep your friends close and your enemiescloser" ~Machiavelli.
Know where your enemies are at all times but don’t resist their evil; allow it to pass through you without attaching any negative emotions to it. Don’t fight and lash out in the presence of evil for it will suck into its vortex and take your very life. Be diligent and trusting of the Divine and know that even good people take advantage of what benefits them; whether it’s lying to protect their freedom or lying to assign the blame to you.
How can a stalker claim self-defense when in fact he initiated a confrontation after being told to stand down? Only when he elevates his ego over the powers-that-be in order to justify his racial hatred and self-righteous indignation. Yeshua said, “But I am saying to you, you shall not rise up against an evil person, but whoever strikes you on your right cheek, turn to him also the other” ~Matthew 5:29 (Aramaic Bible in Plain English (©2010)).
Perhaps if Trayvon Martin had known this he wouldn’t have fought back with his assailant. Perhaps he would be alive today. We will NEVER
Yeshua also said, “But I say to you, love your enemies and bless the one who curses you, and do what is beautiful to the one who hates you, and pray over those who take you by force and persecute you. So that you will become the children of your Father who is in Heaven, for his sun rises on the good and upon the evil and his rain descends on the just and on the unjust” ~Matthew 5:44, 45 (Aramaic Bible in Plain English (©2010)).
Stand up and hold your ground in the face of adversity and defend those who cannot defend themselves; the sick, the elderly and the dead. We are their voices of justice and it is up to us to create the Kingdom of God here on Earth. Walk peacefully, live in mutual understanding, live joyously and share Divine love. It is our thankfulness in grace and our attitude of understanding the truth above all else that co-creates harmony. Release your own will to fight and live another day to speak the truth. Be ye therefore perfect! ~Dean A. Banks, D.D. (Spirituality Guidance Channel)
